Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using DomainMail, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
2. Service Description
DomainMail provides domain registration, custom email forwarding, and outbound email relay services for small businesses. We enable you to purchase or connect a domain, create branded email addresses, and forward incoming emails to your existing inbox.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information during registration and keep it up to date. You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
DomainMail offers paid subscription plans billed monthly. Payments are processed through Polar. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the next billing cycle. Domain purchases are non-refundable once the domain has been registered.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes do not affect your current billing cycle.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use DomainMail to:
- Send spam, bulk unsolicited emails, or phishing messages
- Distribute malware or engage in fraudulent activity
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Impersonate another person or entity
- Interfere with or disrupt the service
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
6. Domain Registration
Domains purchased through DomainMail are registered via Namecheap. Domain registrations are subject to Namecheap's terms and ICANN policies. Domain availability is not guaranteed until registration is confirmed. You are the registrant of any domain purchased through our service.
7. Email Forwarding and Sending
Email forwarding and outbound email relay are provided through third-party services including Amazon SES. These services are subject to their respective terms and sending limits. DomainMail does not store, read, or access the content of your emails.
8. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for temporary outages due to maintenance, third-party provider issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
9. Limitation of Liability
DomainMail is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time. Upon cancellation, your email forwarding will stop and your domain configuration will be removed from our systems. Domains you purchased remain yours and can be transferred to another registrar.
